Career Accomplishments
· Led the global sales team for the second largest Johnson Controls automotive client and increased sales 25%.
· Developed, negotiated and closed large, complex, multi-year real estate facilities out-sourcing service contracts for global clients that included Rolls-Royce, BP, Shell, Kraft, Walgreens and Mondelez. Average contract size was $75M over the term of the contract.
· Developed and implemented the Johnson Controls industrial, fast moving consumer goods and oil and gas market strategies that resulted in $60M in increase sales and $7M in incremental gross margin over a three year period.
· Consistently recognized as a top 10% performer within Johnson Controls; that included multiple JCI “Masters” sales awards.
· P&L and operation for a $35M global Tier 1 CBRE automotive client.
· Managed all product development, corporate branding and engineering for a $60M office furniture manufacturer. Product development efforts resulted in 90% of sales coming from products developed in the previous three years.
· International postings in APAC and EMEA with Haworth. Developed Haworth's first product plan while in APAC and managed the regional product marketing teams in EMEA.
